Revisiting this amazing work of art Britta, just love that play of light, colour and exacting detail that you always produce but it is her expression that is so accurate and appropriate to her situation!.....l/f

Hi Britta--I agree with Anthony on this one. So very lovely and love the webbing that must have been a ton of work. I am sure anyone who finds your gallery finds it jaw-dropping. I know I do. FAV
Britta Glodde replied:
Thank you again for your wonderful lines, dear Reynold. It feels very good to hear that, as I often doubt about my talent, because I never sold a single piece on FAA.

You imagination is captivating, Britta, not to mention your beautiful imagery. I really like the doll-like quality of your figures. like

Britta, you have an amazing portfolio! However, I think this example of your work has got everything - lovely composition, mood, choice of colours, beauty and elegance and what a story. I just hope the young lady in your picture left Lord Byron well alone. My memory reminds me he was said by his contemporaries to be: 'mad, bad and dangerous to know!' F/Vf.
Britta Glodde replied:
Thank you dear Anthony for this profound comment. I really appreciate. I agree about Lord Byron I even think he was gay, so this letter she found may not be meant for her. But it is the wonderful lines that keep her dreaming.

WOW! Just the veil is a masterpiece alone. Maybe do a detail of just her face, hat and that veil. So much beauty in one small space!
Britta Glodde replied:
Thank you very much for your wonderful comment, Floyd. I feel really flattered. I did a close-up of her face in another format, but didn't offer it for sale here. Thank you for reminding me.
